History of Unipulse Corporation

1970	Takami Yoshimoto (current President) established Unipulse Corporation with the objective of development, manufacturing and sales of various types of electronic equipment and located the Head Office in Koraku 1-chome, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. Embarked on the design and manufacturing of control equipment, power supply units, high-frequency application equipment and industrial measurement systems.
1972	Relocated the Head Office to Sotokanda 2-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Started the design and manufacturing of information equipment, computer peripherals and numeric control equipment.
1974	Relocated the Head Office to Iriya 1-chome, Taito-ku, Tokyo. Started the design and manufacturing of data processing equipment based on microcomputers.
1977	Started production of software for industrial fields by introducing software development computers.
1979	Constructed a plant in Koshigaya City, Saitama and started mass production of various products.
1981	Relocated the Head Office to Sengendai-Nishi 2-chome, Koshigaya City, Saitama.
1985	Constructed a Head Office building and expanded production capacity.
1986	Introduced general-purpose computer VAX/VMS for development. Opened Kobe Sales Office in Hamabedori, Chuo-ku, Kobe City to increase sales in the Keihanshin region. Concluded an exclusive sales representative agreement in Japan on calibrators with Altek Industries Corp. in the U.S. Opened Nagoya Sales Office in Heiandori, Kita-ku, Nagoya City to increase sales in the Chukyo region. Introduced the CAD system for circuit design.
1988	Opened Tokyo Sales Office in Nishikoigakubo, Kokubunji City, Tokyo to increase sales in Tokyo and Kanagawa regions. Introduced the CAD system for mechanism design.
1989	Added a plant next to the Head Office building.
1990	Opened Hiroshima Sales Office in Funairi-Honmachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City to increase sales in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions and Fukuoka Sales Office in Hakataeki-Minami, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City to increase sales in the Kyushu region.
1992	Combined the Tokyo Sales Office with Head Office Sales to create new Tokyo Sales Office in order to upgrade the metropolitan sales network and construct an efficient sales system.
1993	Opened Osaka Sales Office in front of Shinosaka Station, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka to increase sales in the Kansai Region. Concluded an exclusive sales representative agreement with HBM Inc., a leading manufacturer of measurement sensors in the U.S. and a non-exclusive distributorship agreement with Kavlico Corporation. Combined Kobe Sales Office with Osaka Sales Office to improve and streamline the sales system in the Kansai region. Concluded an exclusive sales representative agreement with Bonneville Scientific Inc., a tactile sensor manufacturer in the U.S. Concluded an exclusive sales representative agreement with JP Tech, Inc., a sensor manufacturer in the U.S. Opened Yokohama Sales Office in front of Shinyokohama Station, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama City to reinforce the sales network in the Kanto region.
1994	Increased capital to 521.50 million yen. Opened the mountain villa “Rakuzan-tei” at Hatoriko Highland in Fukushima Pref. as a resort house for employees.
1997	Increased capital to 714.34 million yen. Introduced DEC Alpha Server 1000A as the main computer.
1998	Increased capital to 825.14 million yen. Shares started trading on the OTC market.
1999	Constructed and relocated a new Head Office building and Development Center in Sengendai 1-chome, Koshigaya City, Saitama.
2000	Opened Tokyo Office in Ginza 1-chome. The Information Sales Division was set up as a sales force for new business.
2001	Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Increased capital to 1695.77 million yen.
2002	Opened Tokyo Head Office in Ginza 7-chome. Combined Osaka Sales Office with Umeda Sales Office to establish the Osaka Branch.
2002	Established Tokyo Head Office in Ginza 7-chome as Head Office and Head Office in Koshigaya City as Technical Center.
2006	Purchased Shoei Densetsu Co., Ltd. on January 1 and Kyodo Denshi System Co., Ltd. on May 31 by acquisition of all shares.
2007	Changed the corporate name of Kyodo Denshi System to Nanotest Corporation.
2008	Purchased Nanotex Corporation through a tender offer.
2009	Merged with Nanotest and opened Yokohama Office in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama City.
2010	Relocated the Head Office to Nihonbashi Hisamatsucho, Chuo-ku. Relocated the Yokohama Office to Naka-ku, Yokohama City.
2011	Started in China business of Unipulse Trading (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., 100% invested subsidiary company.
