CMS (Cart Management System) can realize sorting error rates of 1/100,000. Operations can be performed from the perspective of eliminating inspections. According to the operation form, a selection can be made from the following:
total picking best-suited for discrete shipment at through-type centers where the total volume of goods received or the total volume of goods retrieved from stock are sorted and shipped by category for each shop, or storage centers of manufacturers or distributors; and
single picking best-suited for small-volume delivery by category at stock-type centers where goods in stock are stored, and sorted and shipped according to each shop’s order.
