Carefully read the following License Agreement.
This is an agreement between you and UNIPULSE Corporation (hereinafter called UNIPULSE) for your use of the software for the F381 manufactured by UNIPULSE, which is provided free of charge together with this License Agreement (including each manual, printed matter, etc., other than this License Agreement; collectively called “this Software”). |

| Article 1 Licensing |
| We shall grant you a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use this Software you have downloaded under the terms of this License Agreement. No copyright shall be transferred to you. |

| Article 2 Copyright |
| The copyright and other rights concerning this Software and its reproduction, whether all or any part of them, shall belong to UNIPULSE. |

| Article 3 Third-party use |
| You may not sell, loan, or transfer this Software and its reproduction, or grant other rights concerning this Software to any third party. |

| Article 4 Limitation |
| Reproduction of this Software shall be limited solely for storage (backup) purposes. This Software may not be amended, altered, or reversely engineered in any manner, such as reverse-compiling or reverse-assembling. This Software may not be placed at general electronically-accessible locations, such as electronic bulletin boards or websites. Also, any third party must not be made to commit such acts. |

| Article 5 Computer used |
| This Software shall be used on one computer, and may not be used on two or more computers. |

| Article 6 Analysis, change or modification |
| You may not analyze, change or modify this Software. UNIPULSE shall not warrant it against any defect that occurs due to your analysis, change or modification. Also, UNIPULSE shall assume no liability for any damage caused to you as a result of analysis, change or modification. |

| Article 7 Disclaimer |
| UNIPULSE shall assume no liability for any damage to you and any third-party claim to you by use of or inability to use this Software unless caused by UNIPULSE’s intent or gross negligence. |

| Article 8 Export control |
| This Software or its reproduction must not be used or exported in violation of the applicable laws and regulations. |
|
| Article 9 Termination of licensing |
| If you violate the above terms of use, the licensing of this Software shall automatically be terminated. In this case, you must discard this Software and its reproduction. |
