Digital Indicator
The UNIPULSE strain gage Digitizing Instruments for Force/Production control allow high accuracy and ultra high speed (to 4000 updates per second) in various measuring applications for pressure, load, torque, acceleration, displacement, flow, etc. Settings for track, peak, valley, and other operational selections allow these instruments to be of use in most production and quality controlling applications. Some UNIPULSE force and production control instruments allow for inputs other than strain gage signals (like pulse or analog inputs) that allow two channel comparisons to be evaluated in high speed production controlling. 100% production part tests can now be accomplished simply and in a cost effective manner.

  • After digitizing the signal of a sensor and carrying out filtering and operation processing by high-speed(up to 4000 times/sec) A/D and a D/A converter, it can be used as a signal conditioner outputted as an analog signal by which the scaling was carried out.
  • Multi-hold is the mode which detects the required item in the displayed wave and judges upper/lower comparison. It can memorize 32ch data which is hold type, upper/lower value, etc, and it can select with an external signal.
  • LCD with touch-panel display excellent in visibility and operativity, such as a measurement value display and a wave display, is adopted.
