Product outline
A weighing indicator developed for check scales. “Dynamic mode” that is suitable for use when belt speed or dimensions of weighed items are not consistent, and “Static mode” that is handy for use when there is dispersion in weight data are available. Weighing systems can be easily constructed to meet various types of application.
- Measurement results can be checked on the screen in real time, and various calculations derived by totaling function are also displayed.
- Function of registering 100 types of codes. Set values of standard setting, over and under can be pre-registered.
Selectable weighing mode to suit your applications
The weighing starts when the weight exceeds the trigger level and stops when the weight falls below the trigger level or when the take-in count has been taken in. This mode is ideal when the belt speed or the dimensions of weighed items are not consistent.
The input of proximity or photo sensor will not be necessary, and the weighing can start based on the change of the weight on the belt.
The weighing starts when the external start signal is received, and ends when the take-in count has been taken in.
This mode is ideal when the belt speed and the dimensions of weighed items are consistent. As it does not require any trigger signal from weight data, the weighing still can be carried out even if there is dispersion in the weight data.
